We are recruiting for a Business Analyst II or III, depending on qualifications, in the Human Resources (Information System) department.

This is a Hybrid role that requires in office work days.

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst II or III to help us optimize our HR systems and drive efficiency. You will be pivotal in ensuring the optimal functionality and performance of our SAP/SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will be curious and bring business analysis and technical and HR functional expertise to manage system operations, including design, development, testing, maintenance, and support. This position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure data integrity and security.  HR systems, including SAP/SuccessFactors experience is preferred.

 

Job Definition

Business Analyst II

The Business Analyst II uses their analytic capabilities to improve and streamline processes that help the department/organization meet its objectives and reach goals. They help initiate greater employee productivity and they ultimately support business information systems that provide solutions to a variety of business issues across multiple departments. The Business Analyst II analyzes large amounts of data and other business processes to form ideas and fix problems. They must communicate their ideas in a clear and compelling manner. Thorough research must be conducted about new processes and software to present results that are effective. The Business Analyst II will support the development of training material, participate in the customer implementation, and provide post-implementation support. They coordinate with the business unit who performs testing, validating, evaluation of new applications and functions, and identifying issues that could impact the scope and work with the project manager to identify solutions.

 

Business Analyst III

The Business Analyst III uses analytic capabilities to improve and streamline processes that help the department/organization meet its objectives and goals. Experience/Education

Business Analyst II ($99,473 - $124,342 annually)

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, AND
  • Two (2) years of experience in system analytics or development;

OR

  • Six (6) years of experience in system analytics or development.

 

Business Analyst III ($124,779 to $155,975 annually)

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, AND
  • Four (4) years of experience in system analytics or development;

OR

  • Eight (8) years of experience in system analytics or developmen
